Refund policy
Returns
Orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and proof of purchase must be provided.
Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns of products marked "final sale" or purchased using gift cards WILL NOT be accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or do not meet the above criteria.

Damages and issues
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please report it to Customer Service as soon as possible. Please DO NOT discard the damaged product or the packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it is accepted or declined. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and applied to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to the varying processing times of financial organizations.
